The contents look good. Dry powder rye flavoring is hard to find and was happy to be able to get it from Gluten Free Palace. I have not used it yet but it looks just like a previous purchase elsewhere and they no longer have it. A little anxious waiting for this to arrive. However, I got what I had a hard time finding and am pleased with the purchase. Will return to advise once I see how the product enhances my rye bread flavor. Expecting great results.
I was in touch with GFP checking on delivery and they responded quickly with info I was looking for.
Just a note: Make sure you read the shipping info at the bottom of the page. This took 8 days to arrive after ordering (and a little expensive but I received what I needed).
I recommend GLuten Free Palace - they have a lot to offer.
